12many.email provides an inbound email API service that allows users to receive emails at unique @12many.email addresses and have them parsed and delivered to configured webhooks as structured JSON data.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to send, receive, or facilitate spam or unsolicited commercial email
• Use the Service for any illegal activities or to violate any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

12many.email is a receive-only email service. We do not provide:

• Outbound email sending capabilities
• Marketing or bulk email services
• Email forwarding or relay services beyond our API

We reserve the right to impose limits on the number of emails, API calls, or other features of the Service.

6. Payment and Billing

Some aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your chosen service tier
• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 12many.email and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any email content received through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us the right to process, store, and transmit your emails as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• All emails will be received and processed without loss
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors or defects will be corrected immediately

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 12MANY.EMAIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any errors, interruptions, or delays in the Service
• Loss or corruption of email data

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 12many.email and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 12many.email operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
